Valhalla Grill started with three friends, Van, Jeppe and Adrian, enjoying the amazing variety of both Vietnamese and Western cuisine in Hanoi. All three noticed that even with so many new restaurants opening everywhere in the city, it was hard to find a place where customers could get great quality, fresh and safe fast food for a reasonable price. Often good quality, safe food is only available if you can afford to pay a relatively high price for it. The three friends decided to partner up and open a small restaurant where they could guarantee each customer that their food was from a trustworthy, high quality source and offer their products for a fair price that everyone could afford.
All the products at Valhalla Grill come from a factory that is also owned by the partners. Jeppe – a Dane who has worked and lived in Hanoi for over 8 years – brought a Danish butcher to Hanoi to help develop all Valhalla products from scratch. The hygiene, production methods and employee training are all done according to the highest standards and regular quality checks ensure there are no compromises with food safety.
